Purpose is to give participants a practical and safe starting point for using Codex or Claude Code to work with folders and projects on their computers, and to identify ways to make everyday work tasks more efficient. Participants will get a practical overview of how OpenAI Codex and Claude Code can work with folders and projects on their computers. I will show how to prepare working folders, configure access and choose a suitable workflow. Through examples, we will look at how AI tools can be used to create, analyse and organise files as safely as possible.
