It makes it possible to see patterns and trends that would otherwise go unnoticed, and supports data-driven management in every area of the university. With AI you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>make better decisions<\/strong> \u2013 analyze data on forecasts, risks, and opportunities;<\/li>\n<li><strong>manage processes more efficiently<\/strong> \u2013 for example, speed up reporting and automate repetitive tasks;<\/li>\n<li><strong>create value<\/strong> \u2013 free up time for strategic thinking, guiding innovation, and developing people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AI does not replace the leader but helps them make <strong>smarter, more transparent, and forward-looking decisions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>For the staff<\/h2>\n<p>Skillful and smart use of artificial intelligence helps staff <strong>simplify daily work and save time<\/strong>, allowing employees to focus more on value-creating activities. AI helps to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>reduce routine<\/strong> \u2013 for example, assist employees in drafting documents, translating, or making summaries;<\/li>\n<li><strong>speed up working with information<\/strong> \u2013 for example, analyze data, compile survey summaries, and handle recurring questions;<\/li>\n<li><strong>automate processes<\/strong> \u2013 for example, support initial customer communication, create up-to-date guides, or streamline workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AI does not do the work instead of people, but <strong>helps to work smarter<\/strong>, creating more time for meaningful and creative activities.<\/p>\n<h2>Awareness and skills<\/h2>\n<p>Basic AI training courses for leaders and staff are being developed.
